Official summary

Service Action: Replace Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor. The internal sealing of the fuel tank pressure/temperature sensor may fail. As a result, the sensor may read an incorrect value and set a fault code for the fuel tank evaporation system. This may lead to the Check Engine Light (CEL) being illuminated.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
