Official summary

This Service Information bulletin supersedes SI B64 03 14 dated October 2014. designates changes to this revision SUBJECT A/C Operation: Reduced or No Airflow After Long Drive. The customer complains of reduced air-conditioning air flow when driving for a long period, usually greater than 30 minutes. This time varies based on outside temperature and humidity. The A/C low-pressure lines and evaporator are starting to freeze up.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
