Official summary
Some 2017-2019 F-Super Duty vehicles and 2018 Expedition/Navigator vehicles may exhibit a concern where the radio reverts to an AM or FM station after shutting the vehicle off, leaving it off for at least 20 minutes, and then starting it back up. Do not perform any repairs for this concern. If a vehicle exhibits this concern, please use the Report a Vehicle Concern link at the bottom of the OASIS tab and submit a report. Engineering is investigating. Monitor OASIS for updates.
