This is an update to the Delivery Stop that was issued on certain 2014 model year MINI Cooper, Cooper S and John Cooper Works Convertibles produced between July and October 2013. During closing, it is possible that the convertible top locating pin is not correctly positioned in the landing plate at the top of the A-pillar (passenger?s side).
