Official summary

Water Leak from the Front of the Sunroof. During extended periods of heavy rain, water may enter the vehicle from the area around the front of the sunroof cassette, the Roof Control Panel (FZD), the map lights, or the A-pillars. The customer may also simply state that the carpet in the front of the vehicle is wet. The sunroof cassette is overflowing due to the fact that one or both of the front sunroof drains are trapped or twisted.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
