Flash: 1.4L Diagnostic And System Improvements This bulletin involves selectively erasing and reprogramming the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) with new software. A small number of customers may experience a crank no start condition in extreme cold temperatures of -4°F (-20°C) partially due to the available fuel blend conditions, They may also experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the Technician may find that Diagnostic Trouble Code P0141 - O2 SENSOR 1/2 HEATER PERFORMANCE has been set in the PCM.
