TSB: REVISION NOTICE November 13, 2018 Rev1: ? The Introduction section has been updated. Any previous printed versions of this bulletin should be discarded. The 2019 model year Corolla Hatchback rear bumper cover has been designed with license plate mounting points for USA and European license plates. This bulletin provides instructions for installing a USA license plate to the rear bumper cover. Install the rear license plate during Pre-Delivery Service (PDS).
