Official summary
Some 2019 Mustang, Continental, Fusion, MKZ, F150, Edge or MKX with SYNC 3 may have a symptom of a rear view camera that remain on the screen when moving forward above 5MPH or a solid blue screen once the vehicle is at cruising speed. To eliminate this symptom from occurring, it is recommended to disable the Wi-Fi in the settings menu by selecting Automatic updates. Shut off system WIFI and then disable automatic updates.
