Official summary

PITSTOP: DTC P1B25/P1B77 ? 125 AMP HV FUSE INSPECTION - This bulletin has been revised to include additional information. When addressing a concern related to the 2011-2016MY Optima Hybrid (TF HEV) High Voltage (HV) warning light ON and KDS detects a primary DTC P1B25 (HV Path Fault) and secondary DTC P1B77 (HV Pre-Charge Fault), then the 125 Amp High Voltage Battery Fuse (red label), if not yet replaced with the newer 150 Amp, should be inspected for an intermittent and/or an open condition. The high voltage fuse is part of the safety plug located in the trunk.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
