Tech Tips (2.0 Turbo FSI (BPY) High Pressure Fuel Pump Replacement): If replacing the high pressure fuel pump, also remove and inspect the cam follower from the timing cover/cylinder head to inspect it for wear. If wear is found, contact the Volkswagen Dealer Technician Helpline Powertrain Team for additional instructions. This document also provides a diagram to look for issues.
