Official summary
Some 2012-2016 F-Super Duty vehicles may exhibit a battery cable clamp corrosion concern at the positive battery terminal. It is not necessary to replace the complete battery cable harness CC3Z-14300-A for this concern. Positive battery cable clamp BT4Z-14450-AA is available and can be used to replace just the corroded terminal. Do not cut or shorten the battery cable, but instead remove the corroded battery cable clamp and clean the cable end as necessary. Bend the new battery cable clamp as needed and crimp it to the existing battery cable. Make sure to use heat shrink tubing over the batter

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
