This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that display a ?Propulsion Power is Reduced? in the Driver Information Center when driving in the mountains. Dealer should advise the customer the vehicle should be placed in Mountain Mode on the vehicle when the vehicle has a full charge if their travel plans involve mountainous driving before the next charge event.
