Flash: 1.4L System Improvements This bulletin involves reprogramming the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) with new software. A small number of customers may experience one of the following conditions or a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. ? Crank but no start condition in extreme cold temperatures of -4°F (-20°C) partially due to conditions caused by available fuel blends.
