UConnect Theater Remote Before replacing the Remote Control for the Rear Seat Entertainment system due to pairing issues, ensure that the VRM and radio software is at the latest level. If remote pairing still fails at the newer software levels, perform a reset on the remote by simultaneously pressing the Play/Pause, Down, and Screen buttons and holding for about 5 seconds until the remote backlighting flashes.
