2016-2019 TITAN/TITAN XD; WHISTLE NOISE WHEN REFUELING This bulletin applies only to vehicles equipped with a gasoline V8 engine. IF YOU CONFIRM A whistle noise is heard when refueling the vehicle. ACTION Replace the fuel tank with the new one listed in the PARTS INFORMATION section of this bulletin.
