Some 2018 Transit Connect vehicles built on 29-Mar-2018 and through 4-Aug-2018 and equipped with connected human machine interface (HMI) radio (CHR) and global navigation satellite system (GNSS), may exhibit the vehicle locator function not working on the FordPass mobile application. To correct this condition, perform programmable module installation (PMI) on the audio control module (ACM) and when asked if the original module is installed select NO.
