Official summary
The crossmember mounting bracket of the New Cascadia prevents correct installation of the TDC locating pin tool through the crankshaft position sensor hole in the flywheel housing. There is a modification required to the standard tool for it to clear the crossmember mounting bracket in the New Cascadia and fit properly into the bore.
