NOISE FROM FRONT SEAT HEADREST: When adjusting the headrest scissor mechanism (aka side extensions or "wings") a groaning noise can be heard. Due to the elimination of the NED (Non-Electrical Diagnosis) test plan for seat noise from ISTA we are releasing this bulletin. Headrest scissor mechanism (wing) assembly.
