Official summary
This Service Information Bulletin announces a design change made to the rear bumper cover side mounting brackets. These new brackets provide increased clearance between the edges of the bumper cover and the corresponding quarter panels. This change will prevent them from contacting each other and possibly damaging their painted surfaces.
