Official summary
Some 2018 F-150 vehicles equipped with a B and O audio system may exhibit a CD player that stops playing intermittently. This may occur after switching from CD to AM/FM and back to CD. This may be due unexpected or corrupt data from a radio broadcast signal. To correct the condition, reprogram the audio control module (ACM) using the latest software version of the appropriate Ford diagnostic scan tool. For claiming, use causal part 18C869 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
