Official summary
ARC Moan - Customer reports noise as a Hum / Whine / Moan. The noise typically occurs when the ARC system is hot, ( fluid above 60 degC ) when coming to rest and for up to 15 seconds after the vehicle stops. The noise is generally heard between idle and 900rpm as a tonal noise, which may or may not change frequency to a higher tone at around 800rpm.
