Official summary
This SKU is a Tire Hoist Assembly. The customer communication requested return of unsold inventory to inspect for the shape of the centerpiece of the tire hoist being round when it should be square. If the centerpiece is the incorrect shape then the tire hoist cannot be operated with the OE tools, and the end user would therefore not be able to lower the spare tire with the vehicles original tools.
