TSB: REVISION NOTICE September 24, 2019 Rev1: ? Applicability has been updated to include 2020 model year RAV4 and RAV4 HV vehicles. Any previous printed versions of this bulletin should be discarded. Some 2019 ? 2020 model year RAV4 and RAV4 HV vehicles shipped from Japan may have front emergency towing eyelets installed to aid in transportation. Remove the emergency towing eyelets during Pre-Delivery Service (PDS) using the following procedure.
