WK SRT Driver Floor Mat Please contact Mark Westemeier at (248) 421-2841 or [email protected] if the following scenario occurs: A customer already has the remedied mat PN 6XU012X9A$ in their vehicle and states they received the mat in the mail from FCA. Customer needs to either ship the recalled mat back to FCA using the return label and packaging that was provided to them or return the recalled mat to the dealer in order to close out the recall.
