Flash: Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) Updates This bulletin involves updating the IPC with the latest available software. Customers may comment on one or more of the following:Messages such as ?Engine Will Not Restart In XXX KM, Refill DEF? or ?Engine Will Not Restart, Refill DEF? display in the Electronic Vehicle Information Center (EVIC) for three seconds then disappear. Arabic messages are not displayed correctly in the IPC.
