TSB: REVISION NOTICE October 14, 2019 Rev1: ? The Production Change Information section has been updated. Any previous printed versions of this bulletin should be discarded. Some 2016 ? 2019 model year Tacoma vehicles equipped with a 2GR-FKS engine may exhibit a MIL ON condition with Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) P013A00 and/or P013C00 (O2 Slow Response) due to an incomplete weld around the front exhaust pipe assembly (either bank). Follow the Repair Procedure in this bulletin to address this condition.
