Official summary
TSB: Some 2019 model year Avalon and Avalon Hybrid vehicles equipped with JBL® audio may exhibit a condition where any window glass may develop an abnormally high level of fog on the interior surface not related to water condensation. This may be due to a condition unique to the rear package tray assembly of JBL® audio equipped vehicles. Follow the Repair Procedure in this bulletin to address this condition.
