Official summary
Some 2017-2019 F-Super Duty vehicles may exhibit a "Cruise Control Unavailable" or "Collision Avoidance Unavailable" message in the instrument cluster message center with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U3000:49 in the cruise control module (CCM). Reprogram the CCM using the latest software level of the appropriate Ford diagnostic scan tool. For claiming use base part 9E731, refer to Section 10 in the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
