VCR Engine Inspection â Expiration Notice UPDATE November 11, 2019 Please discard earlier versions of this bulletin. Nissan announced the following quality action in July 2019. Service Comm will de-active PC707 on any unrepaired VINs on November 15, 2019. Please inspect and, if necessary, remedy any vehicles with an open campaign prior to November 15, 2019.
