Official summary
Some 2020 F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with a 10R140 transmission may exhibit harsh upshifts between 1st and 5th gears. For vehicles with less than 200 miles (320 km) on the odometer, these harsh upshifts may be due to the transmission adaptive strategy not being fully adapted. The harsh upshifts are not detrimental to transmission operation or durability and upshift quality may improve as the vehicle is driven. If the vehicle does not have any illuminated warning indicators or diagnostic troubles codes (DTCs), do not perform any repairs at this time. Engineering is investigating. Monitor OA
