Official summary

Due to a supply issue with the "snap-in" type Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) sensor, subject vehicles are temporarily being built using the 2012 "clamp in" type sensor. This change will affect approximately 6 weeks of production, or until the supply issue is resolved. An owner's manual addendum card reflecting this change has been placed in the glove box of affected vehicles.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
