VOLUNTARY SERVICE CAMPAIGN (SC183) - OWNER LETTER - Kia Motors America (KMA) has identified a typographical error regarding the "maximum tongue weight" towing specification in the 2020 MY Telluride Owner's Manual. In addition, Kia has identified certain second row seat related information that may be missing from your owner's manual. kia provided the owners with two stickers, one corrects the maximum tongue weight, and the second is a Warning regarding adjusting the second row seat while the vehicle is in motion or the seat is occupied.
