TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN: CREAKING OR POPPING NOISE FROM STEERING WHEEL COLUMN TILT LEVER - This bulletin provides the procedure to repair a creaking/popping noise from the steering column area on some 2020MY Soul (SK3) vehicles, which may be heard when turning the steering wheel at low speeds or while stopped. To repair this concern, follow the procedure outlined in this bulletin to replace and install the improved fixed cam kit to the steering column.
