Official summary
2020 various hybrid/PHEV vehicles may exhibit a buzzing/humming sound from the front and rear of the vehicle when placed in either REVERSE or DRIVE. This sound is part of the pedestrian alert system, which is described in Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 413-22 and the Owner's Manual on page 53. The pedestrian alert system provides an audible sound from front and rear mounted speakers to alert of a vehicle approaching in forward or reverse at vehicle speeds between 0-30 km/h (0-18 mph). This is an operating characteristic of the vehicle and no repairs should be attempted.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
