Official summary

Due to a vehicle side logic change for the vehicles listed above, the seat warming and seat ventilation systems will no longer automatically turn on when the vehicle is started using the MMS accessory. Both features will now require a manual setting every time the vehicles are restarted after being turned off. Refer to the vehicle ownerâ  s manual for more details on proper seat warmer/seat ventilation operation.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
