SSM 48539 - 2017-2020 F-Super Duty/2018-2020 F-150 - 6.7L/3.0L - Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P208E - Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) Injector Testing Some 2017-2020 F-Super Duty/2018-2020 F-150 vehicles equipped with the 6.7L or 3.0L engines may exhibit an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with DTC P208E in the powertrain control module (PCM). When performing pinpoint test RK, the results of the selective catalyst reductant (SCR) dosing measurement test (RK7) may be zero or below the specified 40-50mL requirement due to urea crystals plugging the DEF injector nozzle.
