This Technical Service Bulletin provides procedures to inspect and repair certain model year 2020 Toyota 4Runner vehicles equipped with GST installed wheels that are part of its Blackout Package which may exhibit an abnormal noise when in Reverse with the wheels at or near full lock due to interference between the tire and bumper and/or fender liner. The non-Toyota wheel accessory was installed as a Gulf States Toyota installed option.
