The aluminum bolts of the steering gear housing cover and the aluminum bolts on the powerpack may corrode in corrosion-critical countries where exposed combination with particularly aggressive thawing agents (saltwater mixtures) in certain vehicles of the model series 166, 292, W/X 204, 212, 213, 205, 253, 218, 222, 217, 207.
