PRODUCT IMPROVEMENT - Dealer Service Manager Letter - This document is the notice to the dealer service managers advising them that Kia is conducting a Product Improvement Campaign to perform a software update to the Engine Control Unit (ECU) to protect the engine from excessive connecting rod bearing damage on 2014~2016 MY Soul vehicles equipped with the 2.0-liter GDI engine, manufactured from July 21, 2013 through August 11, 2016.
