Official summary
Some 2015-2016 F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with 6.7L Diesel engines may exhibit an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P24A0 stored in the powertrain control module (PCM). This condition does not create drivability concerns and has no effect on vehicle operation or long-term durability. If the pinpoint test RC leads to an inconclusive direction, clear the DTCs with the appropriate Ford diagnostic scan tool and schedule a follow-up appointment for service in early November.
