Official summary
Some 2020 Navigator vehicles built on or before 27-July-2020 may exhibit an exterior door handle that does not illuminate when the Approach Detection lighting is illuminated. This may be due to software in the Body Control Module (BCM). Using the appropriate Ford diagnostic scan tool, download and run the BCM Module Configuration app. For claiming, use causal part 15604 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
