Official summary
SERVICE ACTION - PROGRAM THE BODY DOMAIN CONTROL (BDC) UNIT: Aftermarket scan tools cannot read fault codes in the Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) unit via the On Board Diagnostic (OBD) socket. The DSC data is not processed correctly in the BDC and therefore cannot transmit any diagnostic requests via the OBD using aftermarket scan tools.
