SHIELD, Front Seat, Outboard For concern of front seat outboard side shield appears to be loose or broken, please take photos of the condition and/or issue with side shield prior to replacement. Please email pictures of side shield to FCA Redacted Content and include dealer contact information for follow up. If no response in 15 minutes, proceed with repair.
