Official summary
This article supersedes TSB 19-2220 to update the Part List, Service Procedure and production fix date. Some 2018-2019 Expedition/Navigator vehicles built on or before 7-Jun-2020 may exhibit a difficulty unlatching or latching doors and/or locking or unlocking doors. This may be due to water intrusion into the door handle cables. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure steps to replace the mini latch module assembly.
