Official summary

Mercedes-Benz AG ("MBAG"), the manufacturer of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, has determined that on certain Model Year ("MY") 2020-2021 GLE-Class (167 platform) and GLS-Class (X167 platform) vehicles equipped with Michelin Primacy Tour A/S tires, the maximum tire pressure specified on the tire placard located on the B-pillar and on the fuel filler door is inconsistent with the maximum permissible tire pressure listed on the side wall of the tire. In this case, the requirements of FMVSS 110 might not be fulfilled. The equipped Michelin Tour A/S tires can be operated safely up to a tire pressure of 50

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
