2020-2021 TITAN/TITAN XD; HEADLAMP TURN SIGNAL BULB INOPERATIVE SERVICE INFORMATION When a â front combination lampâ (headlamp) turn signal is found to be inoperative, first check the bulb for an open filament. If the bulb filament is open, only replace the bulb and do not replace the headlamp assy. ï · Headlamp replacement for this issue is subject to chargeback, and applies to both the halogen and LED headlamp. NOTE: Figure 1 is of a halogen front headlamp. The LED version is similar and has the turn signal bulb in the same location.
