Official summary
Some 2021 Mustang Mach-E/F-150/Edge/Nautilus vehicles may require a reboot of the SYNC 4 system. For vehicles equipped with a volume/power and seek buttons, press and hold both the volume/power and seek buttons for 10 seconds and the system will reboot. For vehicles not equipped with a volume/power button, holding the seek right and volume down buttons on the steering wheel controls will reboot the SYNC 4 system. The Workshop Manual (WSM) is in the process of being updated with this procedure.
