Official summary
Some 2019-2020 F-150 vehicles equipped with a 2.7L EcoBoost engine built on or before 04-Jul-2020 may experience an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P2196, P2198, P2BF0, P2BF2, P2BF1, P2BF3, P2BEC, P2CEE, P2BED, P130D and/or P2BEF stored in the powertrain control module (PCM). There may also be an intermittent brief deceleration when cruise control is enabled. This may be due to software in the PCM. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to reprogram the PCM.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
