2021 Mustang Mach-E vehicles built on or before 10-Dec-2020, dealers are requested to check navigation system operation before delivery to the customer. To check system operation, open application drawer by tapping the icon with 6 dots on top and middle of the information and entertainment display screen and press the navigation button. Map content should be displayed at this point. If the screen is blank, the navigation app must be removed and reinstalled which requires special support. Dealers must contact the Technical Assistance Center to obtain repair information. If a repair is required
