Official summary
Some 2020-2021 Edge/Nautilus vehicles may exhibit a Trailer Disconnected message in the instrument panel cluster (IPC). This may be due to the As-Built configuration in the trailer control module (TRM). To correct the condition, update the As-Built data of the TRM. For claiming, use causal part 19H332 and applicable labor times found in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
